The point is to agree on the work and the price before the shoot. Anything unusual gets quoted first, not discovered on the invoice later.

Gallery delivery + extra images
Additional edited images are $2 each. Full unedited gallery delivery is $10 digital or $25 on an SD card. RAW files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Second photographer
$50 per hour. For short sessions, a second photographer generally adds up to 15 delivered images per half-hour or 25 per hour.

Analog / Polaroid
$5 per developed image accepted by the client, plus $35 per shooting hour.

Travel
$0.50 per mile, plus a $15 travel fee after 10 miles one way. Second-photographer travel is a flat $20.

Parking / permits / rentals
Parking, tolls, permits, venue fees, rentals and unusual travel costs are approved before the shoot.

Standard editing
Color, exposure, crop and tonal finishing are included in the edited image count.

Advanced retouching
Skin retouching, compositing, cutouts, graphics or high-volume product cleanup are quoted when needed.

Turnaround
Most standard sessions are delivered in about 1-2 weeks. Larger jobs may take longer; timing is confirmed with the quote.

Commercial usage
Business, advertising, resale, paid media and third-party commercial usage are quoted according to the project.

Project-specific scope
Listed rates are starting points. Unusual schedules, licensing, travel, complex production or special requests may change the final quote. The agreed scope and price are confirmed before the date is booked.
A note on scope
A package is a starting point. Multiple locations, unusual light, specific references, odd schedules or something I have not listed here are all fair game. Send the actual idea and I will price the actual job.
