What to send
Five things are enough.

Portrait, car, event, product, live show or something harder to label.

Date
A real date if you have one, or a rough window if you do not.

Location
Chicago, suburbs, a venue, your business, your house or still undecided.

Rough idea
What the photos are for, what you want them to feel like, and any references you already have.

Budget
A range is fine. It makes it much easier to tell you what is realistic without wasting anybody's time.
